NCS Vastram - Clothing store in Kottayam - Kottayam, India

I am a first time customer of the shop. Sufficient space for parking and security is also good. Welcoming was great with wishes and smiles. The shopping centre was very clean and neat. Customer service is great. But unfortunately the flop is a collection of materials.... They get good and heavy sales if they can bring different varieties of materials with the running trends.

Good collection, but can't say it's on par or better than other reputed textile shops in Kottayam. Enough parking and well behaved staffs. Floor arrangements, lighting and other amenities are good. Accepts all kind of payments.

Enough parking space with responsible security guards, nice staff in sales, very spacious and well maintained. However the variety and stock is not satisfactory as compared to the size of the showroom. Also, you may request customers to give a Google review as per our wish and do not push to give 5 star itself.

Had a really good experience here with my clothes shopping for functions and also for daily wear items. The staff members were helpful and patient when we took our time to select items to our liking and even assisted me with the selections. Happy to say Vastram has a wide variety of collections at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this cloth store to those who want affordable clothing and a wide array of clothes and materials to choose from.

Having good collections. Ladies section doesn't have seats to sit even for the customers. That should be rectified. They have improved from the starting stage. Staffs are good. Parking space is congested. And the parking arrangements are just nonsense. A car will occupy the space of two and the organizers will allow it. Just pathetic.

Vastram is located near CMS college Kottayam. A major feature of this textile is wheel chair availability, which is not common in other shops. I really appreciate the brain behind this idea. The staff are well behaved and helpful in choosing appropriate dress. Quality of dress are really good. There are also facilities for entertainment like a big screen tv . There is spacious parking area without parking fee ( some famous textile in Kottayam persuade customers to pay parking fee , which will later be deducted but not satisfactory)

That's the first time in this shop for the shopping of my wedding. And it was a nice experience there.. especially the staff were wonderful. Staff called Remya was with us and she was amazing... she helped us a lot to select everything and her patience greatly appreciated.
