Nice Gated Community with well maintained security

NCL LB Godavari Homes are very nice for the families with excellent roads and a wonderful club house for conducting any type of small to big functions. Having a children's play area with a minor play articles. Total campus area surrounded with nice green trees and places for families to sit in the nice gardens.

Flats are spacious. Amenities are good. Parking space is good but the exit point is too narrow. Security guys are of great help to control traffic while exiting.

Center Good atmosphere Clean

Good gated community with very bad internal roads. Very bad for vehicles suspensions. Hope the colony administration takes those matter for improvement. Planted by good trees like silver Oak around the compound gives grand look to the colony. There seems to be new and old blocks which makes the colony little messed up with different colours. Roads, I can't find such worst roads in Hyderabad anywhere.

Very spacious apartments, Really liked that they have different blocks and even new block is under construction, they have facilities like piped gas from Bhagya Nagar gas, security system is also good as they will not just allow visitors like that, this place is very much near to suchitra x roads. You can find all types of facilities like groceries, health care, house hold items etc within walkable distance These are 4-10years old depending on what block we choose.
