Ncare IVF - Hospital in Kannur - Kannur, India

Refused to switch on the fan, instead the lady says use paper file as hand fan. Pathetic. Then there is no guarantee on when will be your turn, it may take hours together. No consideration for pregnant women what so ever. Waiting for hrs for them to call your name, absolutely sad.

N care Hospital Kannur, service is very bad. Especially the receptionist's .Too much time consumes to see the doctor. Behavior of the reception people is too bad. Very much disappointed.

Never have I waited my whole life for anything like this for my wife to be scanned. Doctor never comes on time and all we do here all day is wait. Not sure if they value customers time .. I don't understand why doctors refer patients to NCare. May be for the patients to be patient. Worst service ever. Also I tried speaking to the higher authorities with no luck. And a doctor who spoke to me at the end mentioned that if I don't like their service then not to come to NCARE any more... Such a pathetic statement from a customers perspective considering the fact that they won't do anything to get their services better

They didn't attend call

If u are ready to wait for whole day for scanning ..go there..They will give appointment time 10.am but scanning will be done @ 5 pm
