Firstly, the toilet facilities were very clean and well-maintained, which was a great relief during my travels. The fast food shop offered a good selection of quick snacks and meals and convenient transportation connections make it an ideal stop for anyone on the go.
Buses for Kolkata, Siliguri, Coochbehar, Alipurduar. Any place in Bengal, Assam, and North East is well cunnected from this point.
It's a small bus stopage, you can find govt buses here.
Uncomfortable waiting area. No chair, no drinking water, no waiting room etc.
The bus stand is not very big.There are two more mini bus stands in Falakata but this is the only established bus stand and from here you can get buses to Siliguri, Coochbehar, Alipurduar on these three routes. And there are also usable toilets.

This is the best grocery store I have ever known in our locality. you'll find every necessary things related to cooking, and even snacks. Not also that you'll find Starbucks coffee, tea and many more. Highly recommended from me.
