The ambience of a train compartment, is a refreshing experience. The Menu is strictly vegetarian dishes with north indian items galore. The taste is good. The service can be a touch better. We asked for a grilled paneer tikka and they made a mushroom one. They came and asked if we could have the mushroom one as they prepared it. That was an odd experience.

The cleanest restaurant near the railway station. Food is good but not extraordinary. Service is a little slow even if you order meals, so maybe avoid If you are short of time to catch a train. South Indian meals cost Rs 100

Average food. The masala dosa was good. The Puri was just okay. The rava roast and vada was pretty horrible. It's not worth the money as well. You can just go for the masala dosa and the overall "train" ambience is nice for the kids.

A good restaurant for pure vegetarian options in Calicut. Visited this place to have dinner, ordered Kashmiri Pulao and Oreo Milk Shake. Oreo Milk Shake was over priced for its taste. Kashmiri Pulao was well made and it was tasty. Ambiance is good, with the railway bogie set up. Service was better they were quick.

Ordered lunch paneer tikka biriyani and man chow soup . Biriyani was not up to the mark for the price. Oily lacked aroma rice not cooked . Manchow soup supposed to be minced veggies in veg broth .fried noodles given very little .soup was not anything like manchow the colour matched but the ingredients were missing in quality and quantity.
