NB Venkateswara Grand Inn Hotel - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Owner of this hotel is good but staffs are not. One of the receptionist tried his best to make a gap of conversation between owner and guest. Service boys are not good. They will cheat you in behalf of service like if you ask them to bring tea, they will bring tea at Rs15 which is getting sold at Rs10 below the hotel. Also if you will ask to bring dinner they will charge you Rs25 for Rs20 chapatti saying that the printed price have been increased. They earn good money by doing this. Hotel owner should look into this to provide good service to the guest. Hotel has small and very minimal space within the room, otherwise hotel is good in cleanliness.

Pros 1. Location is good (its near bus stand only) Can moat of the near by places quickly 2.rooms are good for the price range 3.wifi, tv and hot water availability is best Cons 1.parking your car is a big deal since location of the hotel space is short Minimum 3 cars can be parked and maximum 6 cars but who keeps the last can take first 2. Rooms are small for the price range could be little spacious 3.hotel people will turn off the tv and ac Need to call them when ever we go out and come back 4.room service guy is good but avoid asking things at night when we ask he was bit drank but he didn't create any scene Overall its ok. Don't expect too much for the price range

Road connectivity is too bad and road leading to this place is smells bad with drainages open, with personal vehicle it's too tough to drive. Rooms are very small no space to move around, bed spread are torn with stains all over not cleaned rooms and bad smelling washrooms and A/C doesn't work at all Too arrogant staff they don't even know how to communicate with customers, very rude behaviour of front office staff. If you are late by 1hour to checkout they charge you full day again which is absolutely rubbish. I won't recommend this property to anyone. I would have given Zero Star but no option. Never ever even by mistake also don't book or check in to this property. Worst and pathetic experience!!!

It was a decent place to stay in tirupati, staff is very good specially Ram Prasad ji. We enjoyed our stay there, only the part is food that you have to manage and I recommend NB grand to think of restaurant to provide food facility availability.. thanks..

For baby we wanted steel glass, they even dont have it. No hot water, its like lukewarm water. Rooms were clean.

The hotel is decent despite being inert in terms of location. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. They charge 500 extra for early check in but rates are reasonable with 700-900 range for 1 day stay at Tirupati. Walkable from bus stand and railway station it's located centrally, no eateries around so you will have to go far away for decent food. Staff is courteous. They don't give pillows unless you ask. Good for quick stay for singles for family it depends on your choices and budget.

Worst behaviour of management... Not even giving soap per person... Saying 1 soap per room... Failure in providing basic amenities... Ignoring to give bill and tearing it infront of me like anything... Fully disappointed with management. First time it was ok... But today it was a worst experience.. I will never visit this place again...

Other than the neat washrooms and corridors nothing was good. Very very small rooms, if it is two bed or three bed, the room size is same so that means you pay price for a bed and add one person but loose the space. What kind of calculation is this. They display wifi password but none works. TV is there but no remote. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty and we used our own bedsheets on it. Location is not so easy to find and not easy to move in and out with personal vehicle. Prices are high and not providing atleast basic toiletries like hand wash, soap, body wash and shampoos. Try only for shorter stays like fresh up and checkout for which they charge 250 per person for one hour. This is not fit for longer stays.
