Today my sister visited at 7:30pm for hair cut. Worst service. Price card was not promptly provided and the price charged was above what was mentioned. The employes trained with my sister. And the taken was abnormaly long as the employee was untrained

I done hair cut for my daughter. Worst haircut done. It is not evenly cut on both the ear side. Even local saloon will have experienced person. In future I will not go to any NB. Very worst experienced staff

I just went for eyebrow threading and had such a worst experience...Everytime i go to this saloon there will be no lady staffs available and I'll return back ...today there was new lady staff who didn't do threading properly and had lot of pain and final outcome was too bad... I'll never ever use this service again ..even if it's free of cost ..thank you NB for being so bad to me

Waiting time was too much. They should increase the efficiency to take care of more customers. Somehow I feel the staffs seems doing a lethargic work. Example, I was asked to wait for 10 minutes, but even after 30 minutes no one bothered to ask me to wait more time. Finally I had to wait more than an hour. Otherwise the service is good. Some of the services seems costly, but it is your choice.

Partially Satisfied with service. But need to improve alot. Coming to service charges and gst. I feel its toooo much than compared to any other salon... i had a worst hair cut experience.even though i was a regular customer. The charges are beyond its service. .

Lazy workers. Taking too much of time for each service and making customers to wait for more than 1 hour. Today i am informed for 5 minutes to wait but am waiting more than 1 hour during morning time. They dont know value of the time of customer. Fed up of this shop and stop my hair cut to this shop.

It's in hotspot area just above the woodland showroom, very much near to access the place almost all days in a week... So much comfort in hair cut n all salon services in terms of customers satisfaction, had a separate saloon setup for both men and women to match the gender professionals... They may give discount of 20% if we avail the membership card from them for all the services, they accept cards.. If they have UPI payment also it would be better, ambience is good

Quality gone down . Worst service. They force you for other services and the massage was not worth . Just 10 to 15 mins massage and they charge extra for hair wash and still the hair is oily after the wash .
