My recent experience at the hospital was highly disappointing. My nephew was admitted in an emergency situation, and despite the severity of the case, the medical staff didn't conduct necessary tests initially. The communication was poor, and we were informed of a lengthy stay without proper diagnostics. Even after tests were conducted later, the staff refused to share the reports. The overall attitude of the emergency doctor and the hospital staff was rude and unprofessional. In a moment of distress, being treated with such disregard only added to our stress. We were eventually asked to leave without receiving the necessary information. This lack of transparency and empathy was extremely disheartening."

Very good service provided. All the staff are cordial, helpful and co-operative. Doctors are also very knowledgeable and provide details on the causes of the ailments and the treatment required. The nurses are very cooperative and helpful

Extremely rude nursing staff and pathetic on-duty doctor in the ICU..I saw the ICU doctor getting irritated and almost shouting at a patient whose heart rate had gone high..mind boggling rudeness and arrogance at display..right from the security guards at the entrance who asked what the problem was with the patient before letting us in (imagine that!!!), to the receptionist to the doctors, everyone is so indifferent..you will not get any updates on the treatment or the condition of the patient..nursing staff has no clue of what is required through the day for the patient. They will send you 4 5 times a day to get medicines from the pharmacy. So be ready to spend a few hrs everyday sitting in the pharmacy as waiting for an hour to get the medicines is pretty normal..horrible experience in everyway you can think of. Except for a couple of senior doctors it's not worth speaking to anyone else.

The staff and the amenities are so good. The doctors are very knowledgeable and their ICU department is superb. The cleanliness is very good. The nursing department is very helpful and top notch. The nephrology department of the hospital is one of the best in Prayagraj. Their attention to detail is something that will rival bigger hospitals like Fortis.

My friend is suffering from dengue, her platelets have also reduced. She has to be admitted, what will be the bill from your hospital because we are students so we cannot get expensive treatment?

Good hospital with very reasonable charges. It is a Christian hospital. The place is decorated beautifully during the Christmas with various lights. The place is also well-maintained throughout the year.
