2 bhk can easily accomodate 6/7 adults with 2 kids. Accommodation has AC and Non AC completely as per our demand. It even has a kitchen with utensils, Gas, Kettle, and electric cooker where one can prepare food as well, if they feel so, which is excellent for people with infants. RO water is provided. Recommended option for families.
Its serviced apartment. You have lift for higher floors. Apartment is spacious and 5-6 people can easily stay. Rooms are decent and had a good sunlight. Price is reasonable. Another important point to mention is that, owner (Aswani Kumar) is quite friendly and supportive. When I had requested for 2-3 additional hours of stay, he did not asked for any additional amount. Even the staff were good and supportive. This is second time we are staying in this place. In general, I would recommend to try out this serviced apartment whenever you are there next time in Tirupathi.
The best place to stay in Tirupati. Rooms are neat and clean, easily accessible from the Tirupati central bus stand. Owner and the staffs are committed and delivering the quality services. Our family of 6 members stayed in 2BHK apartment the stay was pleasant and convenient Truly recommended
Property location is very much accessable. there are Grocery shops Reliance smart medical shops hospitals auto stand etc available very near by the property. Rooms are neat fully furnished. there are few things missing in Kitchen. but that can be managed . Staff is busy and will take some time to respond. They charge around 2.3k and check in time 12 to 1 pm checkout and if you request the may give checkout till 3pm overall you can go for it..if you are travelling with family
Rooms are hygenic with most of the places in about 1.5 km radius and aswin kumar and co really helpful from booking to check out.Definately coming back soon here

100 percent recommended good staff, good service and kitchen with all items available to cook , including dining table tv geasire,bowls plates spoons gas stove water knife etc ..
Nice place to visit and stay at tirupati..rooms were clean and it is in center of tirupati where you can get all modes of transportation
