Dr. Shalabh Sinha has absolutely no manners how to talk with a patience, especially if the front patient is a child. He started shouting loudly at me without any reason and he made me cry aur fr kehna ki "tumhare bhale ke liye bol rha" it is so ridiculous. He made me feel embarrassed in front of the others patient. I will never go to such a worst hospital again where I am so insulted.
The hospital is good but the staff aren't. They don't have manner to talk to the patient. One side where patient save his earning to consult or operate from a doctor and facing eye problem, the staff treat you like the roadside begger. They shout on you like they are only option available. Either change your staff or change their behaviour.
Dr.Shalabh Sinha is very unprofessional doctor, making money from patient. Did not give enough time to patient, hospital staff is taking care of patient queries. He is not paying attention on patient queries, not suggesting the treatment current status. I would give negative number -10 to the doctor. Should not visit such a doctor who does not care about patient problem, soughing on patient and staff very badly.
It's the best Eye hospital in Muzaffarpur. The doctors are polite and nice. Even the behaviour of the staffs is excellent. Overall service is great.

Good hospital and doctors.I had an appointment with Dr.Salabh on 10th September,2019.He is a very good doctor,on his advise i changed my progressive glasses at optical inside the hospital.I didn't get a good glasses,I am getting very difficult with these glasses.The hospital timing is not suitable with my office timings and I loose one day salary.Through this I request the doctor to ensure replacement of my glasses and adjust my money.The optical is not capable to provide me good progressive glasses.
