This is first hospital I have ever seen patient are in bed without hand sanitizer. This is hospitals to deliver baby's anyone can touch the baby without sanitising there hands including hospital staff and doctor's. Being this hospital is a birthing place it is very much required to take care of pathogens but this hospital is least bothered.
Such a bad receptionist, doesn't know how to talk to people and hospital maintenance is bad, feels like you are sitting in the public road! Zero cleanness!
