Nayak Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Puri - Puri, India

I stayed in this hotel on August 2023, the service is pathetic, management does not look after your concerns. The hotel is not in a good condition, the AC vents do not work. Most importantly the hotel is right behind a water body which stinks immensely every time you open the windows. The rooms are not cleaned and the bathroom fittings are not in working condition. In short the price of the rooms are very high compared to the nearby hotels but the service and the satisfaction in staying is zero.

*******Please don't waste your hard earned money on this hotel******** They have mites in their bed which might give skin infections. They haven't changed their bed mattresses and pillows since ages. They have literally turned black. All they do is change covers which also smells like sweat of others. Charges are high and we booked this hotel for two days and AC was not working at all on such a humid and hot nights. I rased the concern and asked for refund which they denied and asked to raise it to booking portal. I am going to raise to consumer portal.

Hotel is located 3-4 km from Shri Jaganath temple.Rooms need renovation although rooms and bathroom were cleaned.Serivce were good but not extremely good.

No night lamp in room AC condition is poor sometimes makes big noise NO Rmote of TV have to directly open and off through switch Only free channels are viewable not a single paid channel is subscribed. Asked for hard mattress for me, asked for 500 Plus tax When argured then say that we have no extra Mattress at present because hotel is full booked Bathroom glass is rubbish No hanging position in Bathroom Hand shower hanger is damaged Cloth rake is broken No daily supply of Bathroom accessories In all they had cheated you All four days almost 90% hotel was vacant. These people had actually destroyed the vacation which i had arranged so eagerly for my parents.

Food quality was very bad. Service was outrageous. They refused to recharge Tata Sky. Rooms lacked maintenance. Intercom didn't work. Even the geyser in the bathroom didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I would like to advise everyone against booking this hotel.

Canara Bank Holiday Home. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is praiseworthy. Location is fantastic because Niladri Beach is barely 50 metres away.

Pathetic service. inspite of repeated request they were reluctant to fix the fan which was non operational. The ac and minibar was also defective and they management was horrible and the manager was quite rude and I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone.The hotel promised to provide wifi while booking and even in the website it is mentioned but die not provide wifi to us. The hotel has rooftop swimming pool which was so dirty and unhygienic. I have seen other guest were cleaning clothes and shoes and informed the management about this but no action was taken#patheticcustomerservice
