Naya Darwaja - Historical place in Nagaur - Nagaur, India

This place is connected with railway station by road and also connected with falodi bus stand, this place have a big gate called naya darwaja, near this place one famous ganesh and hanuman temple, some medium shop are available near this place.

This was once one of the seven gates that led into the ancient walled city that was Nagaur. The city's walls have been worn away by the passage of time, and the only remaining structure is the city gate, which serves as a sentinel for the old city. Just outside its walls is a modest temple dedicated to the Hindu god Ganesha, which can be found inside this gate. Within spitting distance of this entrance is where you'll find the temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman.

It is one of the 7 gates in periphery of Nagaur city. There was no way other than these gates to enter the city. It is in a very bad condition.. needs renovation asap otherwise it will become pracheen darwaja soon and invisible darwaja later.
