Nice Gym and well responsive staff, however they never respond to our calls. I called them many times continuously and no one responds. Even a small canteen responds when they share their number on google. if the management of NFP is seeing this. you need to understand that people prefer to call you before the come, you might have lost a lot of clients cause of this. so please make sure that you guys don't miss out on call. its disappointing and un professional. Also you guys don't provide any trial packs and weekly package, If you guys want to be the go to gym, you have to focus on passive customers too. these passive customers are the ones who will bring more business and leave good reviews and references as they choose to come to you. please pay attention to what you can do differently than your competitors. you guys have a good gyms (branches), but lack planning. Overall, I would like to say that its a good gym, nice staff, equipment and management. however its only for the one who purchased a long term membership.

I am Amalendu, join Nawaz Fitness Pro GYM last 2 months. This is very good experience with trainer FAHAD .He knows that what exercise need to defferent body shape. I am very happy to do GYM with his instructions....and all stuff also friendly and well understanding....I am feeling comfortable and confident after join this GYM...thank u everyone....
