The bakery items are good. I'm a regular customer but giving one star as I always experience issues with their billing. They add twice the qty for some items and give incorrect bill. I have noticed it multiple times and used to get it corrected a that time of buying itself and they will have some lame excuses. But I guess many would miss checking the bill also the items they pack n give. So always please check your bill and you items packed n given. Recently it happened again with other family members hence posting.
Buy what they call cheesecake at your own risk. According to my knowledge basic cheesecake has a bottom layer made of biscuits and butter, but never eggy sponge which their cheesecake is made of. And a rubbery gelatin blob where the cheese is suppose to be. I am never wasting my money there again.

Never order a cake from here. I have ordered several cheesecakes @almost 1000 each. On Sunday i wanted to mark a friend's special occasion and ordered another. We got a meaty gelatine sponge cake bottomed item that had been covered in icing so as to disguise it. The friend cried when she sliced it and could not eat the rubbery substance. This occasion will never be forgotten and Navya have done nothing apart from take my number. If you really hate someone get them something from thsi shop!
