When it comes to bakery items, taste and overall quality - Navya is amazingly consistent everytime. 5 stars for that. Deducting 1 star for the manner their prices have jacked up in the last one year. The pazham-poris have magically shrunk in size too. Its becoming too expensive nowadays.

Navya was our favorite bakery. It has been a bad experience for some time. It is suspected that the egg puffs were a waste of cutlets and now the bakery is putting them out. Because the Navya bakery we saw was not like this, please make it look good. Don't make people lose faith in your bakery..
DISAPPOINTED - TRY TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKES & TRY TO GIVE THE EXACT CAKE SHOWN IN THE MENU ELSE CHANGE THE MENU. Please change the cakes menu card if there is a design change for the cakes. Last time i ordered a Gateaux Mango cake which was complete yellow in the menu card. When I got the cake it was just white icing and mango jam at the top of the cake. The taste was OK. But when we order something from a menu card the item should be like its given in the photo. And the staffs told me this is the same cake. Is it? There nothing wrong with my eyes. Then they told me tat the design has changed. But i don't need to know that because i ordered something which i saw in the menu card. Note: This is a situation which i faced in the last week and i am a frequent customer there.
