Deluxe room is ok ok. It's sofa was torn, glucose rod was rusted. But good treatment was given and also staff is also co- operative. Doctor's are also good.
Worst hospital i have ever seen, they only try to loot money, doctors are the worst medication is done for sake of money. See my blood is flowing but they are not ready to remove.Please never ever go to this hospital
Careful before you pick this hospital for your child. One of the worst hospitals in the city ever. Hats off to the MO James for his rudeness. This Hospital follows a unique process of "Bill First Treatment Next" option where they draw 5ml of blood from a One year old Baby & put that cartridge aside & let it clot until you show the bill receipt for that investigation. And if the payment gets bit late if there is a line in the billing counter; by the time you show the bill receipt your baby's blood would clot. Again they will start drawing another 5ml of blood from that poor baby. Does your children worth this kinda hospital & it's unique treatment???? Dear parents think wisely.!! The staff have absolutely no answers if you question this & surprisingly the incharges there would say " why you are doing a show?" The management has not taken any action over this issue since 3 days of the incident. All they said was " sorry ". Do we parents who are worried & deeply disturbed about our baby's health at that point of time require this type of behaviour from the staff & incharges ?? Frankly, a government hospital is far better than this NAVODAYA HOSPITAL. They show some humanity & support us at that time. And the hospital staff needed some "show" from me right? Those people will get a premier show very soon from the higher authorities. Keeping in mind & thinking about the other people who shouldnt suffer from the rude behaviour of the staff & the medical negligence this hospital is resorting to; we are complaining to the Telangana Medical Council, DMHO Director, & Medical Council Of India with all the required proofs & documents about the incident.
The hospital recommended by our family doctor Dr Mukesh of Vivekananda Hospital, I found the hospital neat and clean following all COVID-19 protocols, the process was easy and fast. Special Thanks to Dr Priyanka from COVID Team she was fantastic, she was constantly reassuring and always very informative. You could tell it wasnt just another patient and she had genuine passion for her role. I would 100% recommend her! Also Many Thanks to all Nurses you all were well trained, very nice and helpful, security personnels and cleaners did good job. You guys are frontline warriors, Can't thank you enough.
Very bad experience I am a doctor from kerala. Came to pharmacy to get some emergency medicines... pharmacy staff behaved very badly she even not looking the medicine I asked for...and shouting. first worst experience in my life from a hospital... toda 13 / 8/ 2023 . I was suffering from dequairvein tendonitis. Consulted Dr. Naresh. ( Orthopaedic doctor). He immediately diagnosed the problem. Didn't ask us to undergo multiple tests., just the ones required. Very friendly, positive & happy doctor. But the staff is lethargic. My surgery was delayed by 2 hours. It took them 45 min for the ward boy to shift me to my room from ICU, post surgery. Rooms are good and clean, well maintained. Staff here needs to be improved.
I visited this hospital on my regular doctor advice. I found this hospital with extreme carelessness, especially by the receptionist. She doesn't even have minimum commonsense on how to deal with patients. I saw she's fighting with one of patient and she was very rude to the patients. Waiting period is very high, it took almost 5 hrs to get in. As someone said in the reviews, govt hospitals are far better than this. And all of above, there is no parking for even a two wheeler. If you want to give a high pay for low quality treatment, you can visit this. Otherwise, find a better place for your treatment, have a good quality of treatment and save your money.
