Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Venkat Gunale were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr.V Gunale really took his time to explain my child conditions with me as well as his treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this Hospital.

A family member suffered a lot and had a very unpleasant experience at this hospital. A justborn baby was kept in the NICU for no strong reasons.. Is the judgement of the doctor in question or his intentions ?? It's high time the hospital and doctors here start paying a little heed to the mental agony that the parents and family have to go through when such things happen.. money making should not be a priority always.. Value the responsibility of a new life entrusted to you..
The hospital is like a ghost house, dead empty. Only the unlucky one steps in there. The doctor will talk to you but only to misguide you. The NICU charge here will compete with a 5 star hotel room. The NICU charge of astha hospital in virar is 2500, and here it is 6000. Take your child back home but don't hand it to dr. Venkatesh Gunale.
