It's pretty decent place for small businesses dealing with services. The rent isn't that high and there is electricity back for regular business hours. There is ample parking space available in basement, the outer premises and even around the building. Just 400 meters walking distance from the Golf Course Road. One can easily reach this place via rapid metro, sharing auto, public buses or cabs. This area of Gurgaon isn't crowded and it's really a bliss.
Market have one saloon and one groceries shop. HDFC bank branch is there too. Salon is regular cheap one, you will not get expert barbers. Groceries store have all daily need things like vegetables, juices, ice creams, kitchen groceries too.
Not much of variety available here. No food outlets. But Saloons available, ATM available, Grocery store available, Courier service available, dairy product available, SPA available. There is a park also
