Fordindia Navkar ford is the worst car service provider ever. Difficulty started right from the time of delivery. As I work in Mumbai, I had to come 4 times to Dhule for getting the car delivery. Every time they promised that this time you will surely get the delivery but each time it failed. Then came the 1st servicing. As i had already taken appointment,the servicing team just postponed it for 3 days to service my car. And then came the 2nd servicing which right now is the worst thing I am experiencing today. Trying to book from Saturday and they gave me a slot of Tuesday I.e. 23/4/2019 at 9 am. So i had to skip my office for tuesday. I told them to pick up the car early as I had to back to mumbai till 4 pm. After nearly 20 calls, they picked up the car at 11.30 am even after booking was done for 9 am. As I was in continuous contact with the servicing team, a lady assured me that the servicing will take nearly 2 hours. So I was in hope that even of the car is taken at 11.30, I will get the car by max 3.30 pm. Then I received a call at 1.30 pm telling that the car has just been on the floor. I questioned that as the car was taken at 11.30 where was my car till 1.30? Further he told me that the car will be delivered at 6 pm.. even after repetitive contact with all the executives from last 3 days, their assurance was not kept. I spoke to 3 people, 1 lady and other 2 men. All of them spoke different things. They didn't have coordination among themselves and that leads to the harassment of the car owner. I have 3 ford cars in my house even today and 2 from Nashik Ford and mine from Dhule ford. But the experience from Dhule ford is the worst experience I had till date. I regret buying from Navkar Ford.. They have lazy service and zero communication among themselves. And above all, everyone in the staff speaks as per their own will and never takes into consideration the owner requirement. WORST CAR SHOWROOM AND SERVICE CENTRE - NAVKAR FORD. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT EVEN IF THIS IS THE LAST CAR SHOWROOM LEFT IN THE WORLD, LIVE WITHOUT A CAR BUT NEVER BUY FROM NAVKAR FORD. And finally I had to take my car back without servicing.

Pretty good experience with Navkar Ford. On time delivery even with the difficult circumstances. Sales executive, Manager and Staff are polite and helpful.

Service provided was good but quality of work is not up to the mark, color of parts did not match properly for changed parts ...

Worst service, whenever i go for car servicing they dont have spares, I've experienced 3-4 times same problem and after writing suggestion they gives rude reply as you didn't inform before regarding work or such thing.

Cell service and cell manager outstanding cooprative,but some problems about service,so hopefully waiting for perfect and complete experience....
