Polite staff and very good care but cost does not justify the facility. So in a nut shell - too expensive. Navjeevan has always been my first choice for myself and family but they have significantly increased the cost.
Unhygienic place, incompetent nurse, and doctor who's too focused on making money (Dr. Gayathri). They care more about your wallet than your wellbeing. Their rooms were messy, hospital beds dirty (looked like they hadn't been washed in months), there were mosquitos flying around, and the nurse in-charge of collecting my blood did it very inefficiently, leaving me with a swollen arm. They tested me for dengue and when the report came positive, Dr. Gayathri kept claiming that it's critical and she demanded that I be hospitalized. We checked with other doctors at Apollo and looking at the report, they said that hospitalization wasn't necessary and that it could be managed at home, and by the next day, I recovered well! I don't recommend Navjeevan Hospitals to anyone.
I had gone 2 days before with my mother. She was having terrible bad throat and cough. I guess the junior doctor didn't even spend 5min to understand the symptoms and prescribed medicine which even we could have given her at home. She was having chest congestion but no attention was paid. Why should we even pay exorbitant consultation fee for such a service! I would advise if anybody wants to visit in case of emergency, kindly check for Senior doctor availability.
Took treatment and was admitted for two days. Dr.Anoop is one of the most honest and good doctors here in Hyderabad

One of the better hospitals. My mom had to be admitted here for bilateral pneumonia. The patient care is excellent. Doctors have patience to talk and answer all the queries. The frequency of visits from doctors and the sisters is very good.
