Do not visite at this hospital they all are criminals frauds

This is the condition of their private room which costs 4400 a day, they have a roaches problem, you will see lots and lots of cockroach roaming the room and even on a patient bed. Holes in the wall. They gave us the room without even cleaning it before. No basic amenities provided. The call to nurse button beside bed is broken and you have to go to reception every time. For a mug in the bucket, they provide you with a plastic bottle cut from half. Doctors here doesn't even have manners to talk to patient and his family. I don't know what are they charging this much for. Please avoid going to this hospital. Most unhygienic and dirtiest place I have ever seen, not recommended at all.

I want to give 0 star but Google not give this option so giving 1 one really pathetic experience has been with this hospital doctors are took education from online classes don't know how to check patient ,just always asking money don't give proper treatment to the patient very pathetic my grandmother took medicine and prescription which was useless, now I am taking my grandmother to another hospital and she feel good now. Don't waste your money in here

I was just struggling during the medication of my brother.... pathetic experience...rude staff they don't know how to treat patients...they just want money....one of the worst experience I have ever had ...I will not suggest anyone to go there it was hell worst experience of mine...I will not recommend any of my family members......their receptionists are super arrogant all staff was literate...they don't even deserve 0 raeratings !!!!!!

Hospital staff is good but charges are high and you know nowdays doctor wants to earn more so they try to give you certain conditions in which you can't deny to pay more even doctor know you. For Route you can take bus from pitampura metro. Its only 3 km from there

Excellent Treatment and Hospitality in budget , Recommended to those who are looking good Doctor and treatment in lower budget. My brother got Gallbladder stone removal surgery a few days ago. We must Thanks to Dr.Gaurav Bansal and his team .Spacially like to mention few dedicated staff like Sister Dipti ,sister Roop and Krishna in opd. Also canteen food is so hygienic and tasty and canteen staff is so humble and polite. Thank you

I recently had to visit this hospital for medical treatment and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've ever had. Doctor never visited on time, and I was left waiting for hours without any update or explanation. The washrooms were dirty and unhygienic, which was very disappointing considering it's a hospital where cleanliness should be a top priority. Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was very unprofessional and inadequate. I found them to be rude and unhelpful, which only added to the stress of the situation. To make matters worse, my treatment was delayed, causing further anxiety and frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The lack of timely medical care, unclean facilities, and unprofessional staff make it an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience for patients in need of medical care.
