Worst hospital I went for my wife leg injury and doctor suggested to do the plaster and after that they took 800 rs xray and 1600 doctors fees .Initially I thought it includes plaster costs also but when I took medicine they gave the bill of 1700 Rs for all the accessories used in plaster as well . Just fir doing consultation and plaster they took 1600 Rs which is pathetic. There management is so poor they are kind of just looting the peoples Really bad hospital I will not at all recommend this hospital to anyone

Extremely pathetic service. Don't know how to treat patients and their family. Everyone in hospital is so rude and has different kind of ego trip. There HR Madhulika Treats Patients Family in such a pathetic way like they are providing medical services for free. They have no coordination Between themself and waste patient's and their family time. I would definitely file a complaint against them. Never Ever Go To This Pathetic Hospital.

Well facilities well management, I am satisfied by medically treatment of this hospital .

This is not the first time I went to this hospital since it's very close to my house. Today was a horrible experience. Zero regard for patients health and safety, they threw me in front of an inexperienced and unprofessional doctor who has not been practicing for eternity. She didn't know how to check blood pressure, didn't know what medicines to prescribe. She was asking the nurses what medicines to give. This is absolutely pathetic. Dont waste your time and money, and don't put your health at risk.

Doctors are qualified no doubt but I have found the mismanaged staff. Specially I am here only to report the receptionist/Front Desk lady of evening shift who is too rude and don't know that what customer relationship is. As he is sole responsible for the first phone call but she don't know that how to talk to the existing patients of the hospital. I want to request the director mam to look into it. She is really bad mannered, worst to talk and totally illiterate and full of attitude and arrogance. She assumes that we are living on road and she is working in a government hospital. Really disappointed.

Nice facilities and best management , medically m satisfied .... If any one want to get good treatment , I suggest Navjeevan Hospital.
