Very very bad hospital. It is a spot on the name of hospital. Staff of hospital is not working properly. Behaviour of staff is good but not caring of patients and not do his/her job as per responsibility. Cleaning is good but hospital assets are so bad. Spacially in summer, the atmosphere and temperature of rooms are so hot. They have installed window AC's in every room (only of 1 Ton) which is not sufficient to maintain the room temperature. Oxygen equipments, patients bed is not well maintained. And the prices of room, doctor fee etc are not matching with the hospital standard.
Naveen Hospital Vaishali is the wrost hospital, I have ever seen. I visited here for stomach pain treatment but there are no specialist available. Only one physician (Dr. Fateh Singh) is available who don't have any knowledge about disease and diagnosis. He does not listen the patient and just write the various test and medicines that are not related to your disease. I suggest everyone don't visit here. This is money making hospital.
The staff is so polite and kind. They care about the patient like a family member. The doctors, nursing staff did great job. My father is a CKD stage 5 patient and Dr. Amit Kumar consultation is so great that my patient recovery is touchwood nice. The nursing staff and housekeeping staff did great care.
