I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hospital. When I arrived at midnight and needed an x-ray, they charged me an exorbitant amount of money that felt like nothing less than a complete looting. What's worse, despite the fact that there was a female staff member available, she did not accompany me to the x-ray room, leaving me to go alone with a male staff member. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, and is completely unacceptable. But the issues didn't stop there. When I expressed that I would rather have surgery at Max or Yashoda, the doctors and nurses at this hospital were extremely pushy and forceful, making me feel as if I had no control over my own medical decisions. When I stood up for myself and my right to choose my own medical care, they simply asked my husband and I to leave the hospital. I was appalled by the unprofessional and incompetent behavior of the doctors and nurses at this hospital. Their rude and dismissive attitude towards me made me feel as if I was nothing more than a number to them, rather than a human being in need of care. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking medical care. The lack of professionalism, competency, and respect for patients is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. If you are in need of medical care, look elsewhere.

Bed Experience, first time visit but very disappointed with management also food and billing staff when admitted can say coperate but discharge time no one can help

My son got admitted there coz of an injury. Found the hospital staff to be quite friendly and helpful especially the nursing staff and doctors. Everyone welcome and talk to my son with a cheerful smile, he become friends with staff in a short time, his special friends were Ayushi, Priyanka. Our Doctors were Dr. Vibhor, Dr Faiz, Dr. Iram: all of them are empathetic and knowledgeable and takes good care of patient. Cleaning staff keeps the hospital clean round the clock. Navin Hospital was not a part of my mediclaim so had do the reimbursement, thats translates to extra paper work. Prince from Billing team helped politely even after discharge with all necessary documents. Though I pray that no one should get to visit hospital but if needed Navin will be a good choice.
