Sold us tickets for ac sleeper- worst bus ever- disgusting! Ac not working, even though we payed for ac!! Buying tickets from them is like throwing your money to the trash. Blocked me on WhatsApp when I told him the ac is still not working. Like a crook. Disrespecting the costumer and the money we paid. Stay away.

Very bad experience. Driver was asking to pay extra for luggage while their policy is that I need not to pay anything extra on luggage until unless it exceeds 20 kg.
