The lady answering the phone is really rude. They were supposed to send my results by 2pm and they didn't so I called in to enquire and the lady answering the phone was so rude, didn't even give me an explanation or anything she just cut the call

We went there for pregnency related test like GTT . Then the results its showed a massive hike in blood sugar as like Before food - 132 After Glucose - 247 After two hours - 236 We were totally panicked and send the reports to doctor and dotor suggested to take insulin 4points twice a day. But we were actually little confused about the results and we went to DDRC LABORATORIES Perumbavoor and done fasting and After food Then the results surprised us its only below the normal values and its all normal. So this isthe way the naveen lab had made our results Only do all test in your own risk

I went here for taking the Covid-19 RT-PCR test and I had a good experience. The result will be delivered to you the next day morning via email. The service was also fine. The lab is located near the St.George mill and from the facade of the shop, we can see the buildings of the government hospital.

I had a great experience from this laboratory. They have a great service and infrastructure facilities. The services are also affordable. The employees are so polite and caring. The overall experience was so good.

Very bad service...as they don't message the result even after multiple phone calls after the time of result..

Worst attitude from staff, results are not reliable

Swab Sample collection center is closed and exhaust fan was not turned ON when we went for PCR TEST!! COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC. Is it REALLY mandatory to disclose the purpose of doing RTPCR test to them ???

Not my 1st go to place. Being next to the Taluk hospital, there are a a host of such labs in the vicinity. I prefer to use the DDRC SRL Lab which is part of a Statewide Chain. Was recommended to me by my Doctor. It's located on the Main AM Road, opposite the Hospital entrance. Naveen is nearby too, off on a side road. But for tests reliability, I'd recommend the DDDRC SRL Diagnostic lab. There's another lab, Metropole, also part of a national chain, a few builings down from DDRC SRL. But the latter is ny Go Toplace for all Diagnostic testing.
