We had bed bugs in family room. We showed it to supervisor he just shrugged it off. Bathrooms were stinky and terrible. Towels were smelly. They were not cheap too. It is very near swamimalai palakarai and Chennai bypass. They give place to park inside. Driver was asked to sleep in reception area where the fan was not working and got disturbed by guests overnight.they.promised a proper driver sleeping place. Absolute scam of a place. Bed bugs bit my daughter and she has swollen legs for three days. Initially thought these were mosquito but later discovered it was bed bugs. Very disappointing experience.

Well I haven't been there due to uncertain circumstances, even though the Manager Mr. Siddhartha was very helpful over call itself. As I have seen in my past experiences staying in many hotels either in Karnataka or Tamilnadu, no staff are so much helpful like this staff. Liked the most.

Worst experience. Never go to this homestay. They will sell rooms to others if they get higher prices, even after pre booking. Washrooms are really really very worst.

Good place to stay while on pilgrimage to chola country. Decently priced. Cleanliness can be better. A bit away from the center but a known fact. Away from the hustle and bustle with decent parking space for cars. However, all important temples are easily accessible thanks to Google maps.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at this property. We won't get such a clean and ample space rooms for their tariff around Kumbakonam. Situated in a residential area it suites guests with their own vehicle or cab for a convinient stay( Complimented by large parking area) .. Food: We can only expect basic South Indian dishes with Tea and coffee. I recommend hotel Anantha 200 m from the stay for quality and tasty food under a budget price around Kumbakonam. The attenders (Siddharth and another person) were courteous and service oriented. It is the best bid for group travellers around 10-20 people because they have many 4 bedded rooms and 3 bedded room for a reasonable tariff. Only con is they informed they have not subscribed for any sports channel to watch cricket and they are not serious about that, management pls rethink on the same. Overall a memorable stay with money well spent. I will recommend my relation and friends.

Comfortable stay, neat maintenance. Budget friendly.. best for people who are on the hop from place to place

Positive - It is a house converted into hotel. So one will feel homely. - Ample car parking space is available. Negative- - at same tariff and below, there are decent hotels available in highway and in the city. - instead of conventional bed they have placed very irritating cot like bed which will make sound during sleep. - muddy water comes in the bathroom. - Food is prepared only on order, and that too they have to informed a day before with exact quantity you require. ( practically impossible) - Food options are limited - only three - four items. - Cooking service is not available 24/7 as they have outsourced this work to a lady cook who is available only on requirement. - Not sure if they provide GST bills. - Breakfast is not complementary, other hotels provide complementary breakfast.

Value for money homestay and very friendly staff. i was very happy that i could find such homestay.
