When looking for an option to plan a week in Meghalaya, Nature Wings came highly recommended from a friend who had used them for a family vacation before. We were 3 friends from UK and America and needed someone that could handle our travel in a turn-key manner. From the time I contacted them Nature wings were prompt, had clear communication and did their best to understand our needs. Our sales representative Suman worked with us to establish an itinerary for 5 days based on our interests. Our travel co-ordinator Sahina then took over to execute the plan. We were picked up from Guwahati airport and the driver stayed with us the entire week till we were dropped back at the end. We spent 3 days in Shillong and 2 in Cherapunji. The properties chosen for our stay were all fantastic, with good food and facilities. But the highlight was the amazing views we woke up to. We truly enjoyed experiencing one of the most beautiful parts of India and had plenty of time to experience the serene outdoors, imbibe the culture, and enjoy some great food. Some of the highlights of our trip were lake Umium, various cascading waterfalls around this rich area and lots of hiking. The cherry on top was the hike down to the live double root bridge and the rainbow falls. This was all made possible by Nature wings who worked to tailor the experience to our tastes and interests. In a short week we were truly able to experience the essence of Meghalaya. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a tailored fun experience.

Recently concluded trip to Gangtok Pelling & Darjeeling with Naturewings Holiday Ltd. It is really a nice experience travelling with Naturewings. Itinerary was nicely prepared by Mr Rahul and Gargee was the trip coordinator. The cab and driver (Mr Nikhil) was also very good and we covered all the sightseeing spots without any delays. The hotels given to us with a beautiful Mountain views, comfortable and clean. Gargee, was very helpful and regularly kept in contact with us to ensure that everything was running smooth Big thanks to Naturewings, we truly enjoyed our trip and I would recommend others to travel with Naturewings.

Recently concluded a trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling with NatureWings. Rajkumar helped in planning the itinerary and Gargee was the trip coordinator. The hotels provided we're comfortable with beautiful views and had breakfast and dinner included so we didn't have much to worry about. The cabs which were provided we're good with really helpful and friendly drivers. We covered most of the important locations with time available for sufficient rest. The coordinator never missed chance to check if everything was running smooth and also provided support during odd hours. Overall, was a pleasant experience and will recommend making a plan with NatureWings to experience it yourself. Rating 4.5/5. 0.5 kept aside aa a push to get even better.

One of the best tour operator for Meghalaya: Me and my son went to Meghalaya with Naturewings. Our trip to Meghalaya with NatureWings was an enjoyable and memorable one. Our contact person, Sahina, was very helpful and regularly kept in contact with us to ensure that we were not suffering from any difficulties. The driver was also very good and led us to all the sightseeing spots without any delay. The hotels given to us were very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Meghalaya is an extremely beautiful place to visit with gorgeous views, and I would definitely recommend anyone to travel with NatureWings.

Our silk route tour arranged by nature wings was very nice , specifically Mr Rajkumar Hazra and Mr Ankan Das, have done an excellent job. We asked for deluxe package and they arranged the homestays at Sillerygaon, Rishikhola, Aritar and Zuluk which were really nice and spacious. The food, room service and other necessities were taken care of finely. The arranged car was a bit shabby, however the shabbiness was made up by the driver's polite attitude and careful driving on the road . The Gangtok hotel ( North Star) is also very good.

Last week we had a family trip to Arunachal Pradesh and Kaziranga National Park. Entire tour has been arranged by NatureWings Holiday Ltd. It is really a nice experience travelling with Naturewings. Itinerary was nicely prepared by Mr Sumon and then onwards all has been taken care by Miss Sahina (tour Co ordinator). During the trip she was always in touch with us. Taking feedbacks of car and car driver , hotels and foods quality. With the help of Naturewings we nicely completed the tour. Big thanks to Naturewings. Would like to travel with them in future also.

Hi, thanks to Anindita for suggesting a stay in Rangpokhola. The property and serenity of the place is amazing. Will not forget the hospitality of the owner Mr Basar. But we are highly unhappy with the arrangement of vehicle. The driver just made us stupid and charged 2000 extra diverting the vehicle towards Lava route injecting a fear of getting stranded in the normal route. Also left us at Aritar without informing to be with his family at Rongley. Next day another car was provided by him. Also suggest Mr Ankan to develop more patience in dealing customers and need to show more professionalism in arranging a tour. Inn Aritar the hotel was not informed properly..... We had to wait till 3.45 to get our lunch over there. But we enjoyed the tour due to the good properties in all the locations.

We have had a great experience with Nature Wings Holidays. Ms Maushmi Raha planned our trip to Sikkim and Ms Gargee Das so well coordinated the entire trip. Ms Gargee Das has been very helpful, cordial and professional. We are at ease working with Ms Gargee Das. We have visited Gangtok and saw Changu Lake and local sightseeing places. We are now in Pelling. We have visited Buddha Park on the way to Pelling and today we would be visiting local sightseeing places in Pelling We truly enjoyed our trip.
