Non Cooked food cures diseases. Morning and evening fruits only - non sweet. Lunch time salad cucumber, carrot, beet root. Coconut chutney. You should compensate rice with some other food. Otherwise muscle strength will weaken.
(please be careful to take enough protein suppliment food like badam ,cashew,raw peanut,walnut and sprouted green gram,horse gram,chick pea etc. Otherwise this diet will cause extreme level loss of protein from your body which will lead to muscle weakening and you won't be able to chew the food itself as you will be too weak to move your body parts from one position to another. Be careful to maintain enough protein in your diet. Protein plays an important part in your day to day activities. To remain active you need to include protein foods along with juices and vegetables. Please be careful of these facts, if you are choosing this diet. ) If your sugar level is really high (approx 300-500 range) and uncontrollable even after taking insulin more than 3 times in a day then this place will help you to bring it to lower levels ( without taking insulin) only by diet control .This place is located near to a lake. Scenery is really therapeutic for Patients. They can spend time there for peaceful atmosphere. It is not an overcrowded place. Very few patients are there. Most of their diet consist of less sugary juices and uncooked vegetables and fruits. For one day including food and room with attached bathroom they are charging 1200rs(2bed) . Hip bath, yoga, betel nut leaves therapy etc is a part of the treatment. Building is designed in such a way that wheel chair usage is possible to any part of the ground floor. Only one drawback i observed is that if the patient is too weak to walk they won't be able to do yoga as it is conducted on the 2nd floor. Lift facility is not available for patients. So if you are energetic enough to climb the stairs you can take full advantage of the program.
