I done my haircut and my kids haircut here. They done it perfectly and very professionally. My husband done hair and beard cut and a head massage by Arman.He loved the work by them specially Arman's work.

Absolutely amazing experience with this place. It was my first time doing a hair cut and hair coloring at Naturals and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. The owner Bindu has her own skills and styling and the hair cut that she did was amazing. Their staff Ritu did my hair coloring. She also did an amazing job and the pics i post here will do the talking. Overall perfect experience. Highly recommended!!! :-)

Unprofessional service. This shop is a shame for the brand 'Naturals'. There is no receptionist/manager. I had booking at 1830hrs and there was no response from any of the team. And there comes a manager lady with zero courtesy. When asked about booking said you can wait and go after someone is completed. Stay Away from the shop.

I did a haircut here for the first time and the service was excellent. They even suggested what looks good for me and I liked it. Staff was very polite and excellent at their service. Will be a regular from now.

Excellent service. All credits to Sushmita. Feel much relaxed after the hot oil treatment and pedicure. She has got good experience and that's very much seen in the way she does the treatments. Thank you very much dear. Highly recommended and shall visit again.

Customer service is really poor and unprofessional handling and bad name for the brand itself. We went for haircut and hair treatments but was waiting there really long without any communication from their side. And we came back couple of times without doing anything. Hair cut is just average. Kindly do something about the receptionist and other staffs. And Guys pls try other salons. All other negative reviews are real and true.

The Malayali lady who owns/manages the parlour is incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. She lacks the skills to effectively manage a beauty parlour business. Being a regular customer who had booked my appointment through a phone call with the reception staff, I arrived at the parlour on time, the staff at the reception were courteous, but the owner displayed a complete lack of manners. She informed me that I would need to wait since everyone was occupied, and there was a VIP booking scheduled after 2 hours, which was quite nonsensical. With the exception of the owner/manager, the rest of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about running the business. It would greatly improve the situation if the owner refrained from involving herself in the parlour's operations and entrusted the responsibilities to the staff. Her presence seems to be merely for show and adds no real value. The actual work is carried out by the staff.

Got facial and pedicure from Sushmita in Naturals and I had very relaxing hours in the parlour. Her massage was so relaxing! Great customer service. Would be definitely back
