I would like to appreciate Ms. Nandini, who was very kind and patient with understanding my expectations of a haircut. She was very skilled and provided high quality service as well. The entire Natural team was very welcoming and the whole experience was pleasant. I highly recommend!

Need to have consistent set of employees, everytime I visit for haircut, I see new faces which is little disappointing. however service is good n ambience is pleasant.

11 months ago I've had my hair done numerous times at New Beginnings and each time I was satisfied. Although it is overpriced I didn't mind paying because I always loved my hair when I left. I also sent many of my friends and family to the salon hoping they would have the same experience I did. About two weeks ago I got my hair done and was extremely disappointed. I spent a lot of Click! money on my hair and the color and style was done poorly. My hair was very dry after the steam treatment, and the style didn't even last 3 days. The color simply was not what I asked for. I went back and expressed that I was unhappy and the owner told me she would color it over in 2 weeks. Today an already bad color was made even worse! Plus they had the nerve to charge me Rs.2400 for a treatment that they said I needed after the 2nd color. They left the bleach on my hair too long so now my is dry, damaged, and over processed... my highlights are almost white!!! I will never return to this salon and neither will any of my family members. Furthermore I will not refer anyone. For all the money they charge they should go above and beyond to make sure the clients are happy.
