The service was really good. My husband always goes to this place for his haircut. Since he loved the service...he asked me to visit here for waxing. I also liked their service a lot..very friendly staff. Today we took our 1 year old baby for her first head shave. The person who did it for my baby was sooo patient and well trained. He made sure that my baby didn't get disturbed throughout the process. Overall great service Would visit here again.

I am so delightful about my experience with my haircut,keratin treatment, and botox for my hair. Excellent job done by the staff, especially Mr. Sonu, whose behaviour towards the lady customers was too good and friendly. He is so dedicated to his job and gave me the result I expected. Sonu is an asset to the naturals. Thank you, Sonu, and I'm so totally happy about my experience.

Worst, We waited for 1 and half hour still didn't get hair cut They initially said it will take 20 mins.. We silently waited for 1 hour understanding them. They didn't have courtesy to say sorry for the delay and made us wait. They don't have backup for electricity cut.. Full of staff but none switched on generator. We left and no one even said sorry for delay and had to wait and waste our time... Little courtesy is expected..very disappointed as it is chain.

My first experience. I did protein spa there. Absolutely worthy for the staffs we'll behaviour. I'm here mentioning their name Mr.Sonu and Mrs.pranika. Both of them are soo friendly with me and they give their valuable time and good behaviour to their customers. Very satisfied with their work and friendly behaviour. Thank you

Well you save time here compared to other Salons. Not very crowded I think. But then again, I guess it's cause I came on Diwali day during COVID protocols being implemented. The staff have face masks but nothing apart from that. Staff at Fair salon have full body suits on when they cut your hair with Gloves too. The hair cuts and other services are considerably expensive in my opinion. I'm happy with the haircut however. No complaints about the service. But I've had better experiences in my opinion.

I did colouring on my hair.The service was great!!! It was a complete makeover for me. Thanks to all for great care and commitment.. The salon has a friendly ambience and all the staff are really kind and honest. It was my first time visiting the salon and I must say ,I had a wonderful experience and I will visit again.

The service of Mahavir is pretty impressive. He was so polite and exceptionally cooperative. Does every service with attention to detail. Naturals service has exceedingly improved recently. The ambience at the salon was pretty calm as I visited the salon on a state holiday. However I'd rate the experience at a 4/5 overall.
