Pathetic she charges more than any top branded salons. Better opt for good salons than visiting this salon which provides average services and charges more than top branded salons. Never visit this salon ever again.
The service is very bad from last 6 months. The staff don't have any experience. Even the staff having a little bit experience is least bothered about customer service. Last time i had a haircut and ended up different length on both sides. Then only I understood that the staff was using me like a guinea pig. Staff is not concentrating over work but busy over phone. Also most of the times, there is no one to manage them.
Went for a lot of service but it was pathetic, I would recommend you guys out there not to ever this salon ever. The worst service ever. They say they don't charge taxes and put double rates on the service. The hair stylists wer very unprofessional very rude and very arrogant. Worst naturals ever.
Not hygiene at all. Service prices are more compared to other natural chains. Staff is unprofessional. Pedicure service is horrible. Got nail fungus after. Very untidy and unhygienic. I will never go there.
Cheap people my friend was charged double. After clearly communicating price and applying left over cream and charged double. Cheap tricks for money. Shame on you receptionist even after understanding situation you kept quite for little extra money.
