The were nice and kind no doubt. But the hair colour wasn't overall same. Some more bleached than others as the hair dresser was slow and talkative. Some parts of my hair has more red than others. Not a overall happy experience!

I regret that I chose to visit your establishment in the first place. I came for a skin lightening facial and hair spa. The hair spa service was satisfactory. However, I was convinced to opt for the Vitamin C facial, which was more expensive than the one I originally intended to have. Unfortunately, the actual duration of the facial, which cost around 4,000 INR, was just 20-25 minutes, even a normal cleanup usually takes 30 minutes. To make matters worse, before even completing the facial, I was reminded to leave positive reviews, which now leads me to question the authenticity of the reviews on your website. It seems that your establishment is the only one asking customers to leave exaggerated reviews. It is truly disappointing. Following this experience, I reached out to a few other branches to inquire about the usual duration of these facials, and I was shocked to learn how differently mine was carried out. I called the owner and voiced my concerns, she made the employee call me to explain about what happened, I told her ask your owner to call me back, but unfortunately, despite being promised a call back, I never received one. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone based on my experience.
