The service was very very bad... The people in the saloon don't even know the product details and how to use them. After shaving the beard they don't even apply after shave lotion. They attend multiple customers simultaneously and we need to keep on informing them about what service we are taking and how it needs to be done. And ultimately we have to teach them how everything needs to be done. They don't even know what level of heat they require to dry your hair, they give you the most uncomfortable experience ever. Even the road side saloon will be far better from what they did. And they ended this experience by asking me to pay less. Such an unprofessional behaviour....
Really poor service. I had developed allergic reactions and rashes after upper lip waxing. This was because the staff didn't give proper instructions and she also kept waxing the same place multiple times. When we raised a complaint, she kept blaming me. Eyebrow threading is sometimes painful. Staff are not so hospitable.
