Got a haircut from Mr. Shaktivel. He did a fantastic job. I just told him how I'd like my haircut to be and he understood my taste and preferences quickly and did a great job. Very happy and satisfied with the service- neat and clean job. Would definitely recommend to others as well.

I went for a hair spa at Natural signature salon. Where they manipulated me to get an anti hairfall spa even when I disagreed first. When I asked them for basic plan for hair spa. They said that it starts from 2500 rs and I believed and got the hair spa treatment. At last I was surprised when I saw the catalogue where the basic hair spa price starts from 1500 rs . And even in the bill they didn't mention hair spa but it was a different anti hairfall treatment which costs 3000. Please read the catalogue before and confirm the price. They will try to manipulate. Please Be alert.

Very disappointed by the haircut done by the guy . Have never had such a layer cut in my life. Have asked not to shorten the hair but atlast in output all layers were short and even the starting layers are short that we couldnt even clip it. This is the first time I saw someone doing corrections in hair cut even after blow dry. He was keeping on cutting hair until I told enough. Please don go here for layer cut.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your salon. As a regular customer and someone who has consistently chosen Naturals for their beauty needs, I must admit that my recent experience has left me rather frustrated. During my recent visit to the salon, I had asked for a detan service for my fac, neck and full arm along with full arm wax . An executive name Miss Kalai came up to me with some package offer of Rs2999(full hand wax, face and neck detan, full arm detan and facial). They applied detan pack to my face However to my surprise, I ended up receiving a bleach treatment on my hands instead. This mix-up was not only unexpected but also quite disheartening. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted in the quality of service that Naturals Salon provides, which makes this incident even more disappointing. When I checked with them that how could you apply bleach on my hand when I didn't agreed for it, they just lied on my face saying this is not bleach but detan cream only. Then I asked her how does my hand hair color has turned golden then. Den n der i asked them to stop the treatment they were doing because it felt like cheating to me, they are playing with our skin just applying anything in the name of services. I didnt even got an apology from Miss kalai yesterday. I spoke with salon senior he understood my concern and apologies for the mistake. I believe that every business can have its occasional lapses, but it is crucial to address such instances promptly and effectively. I hope that you understand the impact of such discrepancies on customer trust and satisfaction. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Also attaching images for reference.
