My first experience with Naturals for neck and shoulder massage was really good. Aravind did an excellent job and made sure that the pressure on the neck and shoulder was comfortable. Had sore neck and back and he did a good job in relieving the pain in that area. Absolutely satisfied with the service.
Worst experience, went to kottivakkam branch for facialing. I was in the room for getting the service and this lady comes and puts room freshner, even my face all had the spray. The bed pillow side fully torn. Their toilet near reception area stinks horribly. Never ever going to this place. Whichever branch of theirs you go, it's horrible experience.
Very good ambience and courteous service staff. Specifically, Junaid was friendly and did a good job on hair cutting, Shaving and Hair spa treatment. He voluntarily recommended Hair spa treatment to improve my damaged hair.
