Very professional friendly and helpful staff. Bit expensive though! The pedicure and manicure services offered by Gracie was really good and has an amazing experience. Very friendly staff and is kind to and considerate of the clients. She made sure my every need is taken care of and handled everything in a professional fashion Merlin's sense of style and suggestions were really good and provided me with a new look. She was very professional and made sure I was being taken care of Sasikala was whom I booked appointments with after a consultation She was very helpful and patient in explaining the differences between various services offered and has been very kind through out the whole process Overall highly recommend this place

I have been to multiple branches of Naturals in Chennai. For me, Perungalathur branch is the best out of all . This makes me go back to same branch though I have shifted out of Perungalathur. They give utmost care to meet customer expectation to deliver the best results. Merlin has done hair styling for me multiple times and i really love the results. She knows how to style your hair so that it suits you better. Will really recommend

I've done my frizz control treatment here.Excellent service by Merlin...She was focused and passionate about her job. . her service was really good and she explained in detail for the service she did. Her sweet and friendly nature is another plus and I will recommend her to anyone who visits this branch.

Got haircut and hair color done. Mr. Danish has taken a lot of time to discuss color selection and application style. And execution was excellent and has given complete satisfaction. Haircut was minimalistic and blowout turned out beautiful. Received great service and haircare tips as well. 10/10 recommended

Worst experience. I will never suggest anyone to do in naturals. A girl with spects did a face clean up. She never done in a proper way. Just she removed the whiteheads from nose and she completed it. After that she did hair spa. She gave more heat on top of my head and I couldn't bare that heat. Also charges are more. Over all very bad.
