I am regular to this place. Been doing all my services with them every since they started an outlet here. I love the hospitality that they give and the quality of services are always the best. It's been 8 years and I never really had any bad experience with them. Id definitely refer this place for my friends and family.

From 2015 I am regular customer to this redhills branch, 30/7/23 I booked appointment at 10:30am and I gone at the time of 10:40 they doing hair cut to another person and ask me to wait, for this why I want to book the appointment. I had member from 2015 itself, last year I ask for renewal they said all the data's are missed so ask to do membership with new card like that, I asked what abt old one, they said we will make discount while you doing service at 1000+ with membership card, but while I took my card and I asked them they said no we didn't said anything like that note: both the membership number are same, why you providing fake informations if you need membership account is this is way. Such a worst experience faced from the saloon. I left the shop and I gone to Madavaram green trends to do my haircut and facial and they done very well. Thank you naturals for this experience to find a good shop.

I visited a second time in a year The staff is very friendly especially Danish. Luckily when I came last year he did a miracle in getting a haircut and pedicure and this time I came without booking but got the same person and he is always very helpful and suggests how to maintain hair in the proper way. Edited for recent visit on 12-09-2023 The reason for 1 star is mainly for the receptionist and another girl who is helping her in doing the fraud billing, When I visited with family and friends for a makeover for function initially they delayed in doing service and later one guy came and offered if we pay cash we can avoid GST as bill is high then I accepted as they are trying to help customers to reduce amount but in the end receptionist and another girl they are not including the membership price and in final bill they are asking to pay the cash with GST and full price. Almost they have wasted 2-3 hours just for checking their system and saying it's naturals website issue and this will happen every day. They don't even rectify their issues in 1st place and offering wrong things to customers and in the end they are simply taking cash without a bill. It's a big no to visit these people again

Yesterday I went for natural salon .Its a best salon in Redhill and staff are so polite and friendly in nature.I did my hair cut they did it soo good..I love it
