Recently got a hair cut after a very long time. I'm a regular customer there for past 8 years. But recently there is a new joiner PUNITHA. I have to say she is THE BEST.. She keenly observe our needs and style it like exactly what we want. Also she recommends the products about which is good to our hair and all. If you want a best haircut. Did pedicure at naturals today .. Ms. Sathya did a great job.. extremely satisfied with the service .. Ms. Sathriya did my eye brows and she did a good job too .. all the staffs were friendly.

Service by punitha Awful service She cut my hair more than I asked her to. Literally disappointed. Even after informing her that I have sensitive skin she dragged the comb all over my forehead and face, I ended up being hurt. There was literally a big mark on my face when I left. Looked funny by the final output, anyways it's better when I styled it a little. Threading: She literally scarred me. Came to know that I was little bleeding on both sides of the eyebrows. I was nice enough to give them a review when she asked me to do so while billing. But the next day, I literally got fever. Worst service ever. Never going back to that place again.

Mostly I visit this branch for the best service they offer. Last 2-3 times I was not satisfied with my haircut. This time I took my kid for a basic haircut service. And it was really superb. They did it professionally and he enjoyed doing it. Thanks to Arun who did it well! And he knows the trick to engage the kids if they feel uncomfortable.
