My first visit to this place was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, amazing feeling 2 days ago visited nature. And good experience with Naturals Tenkasi. Ms.Usha made my hair cut and hair smoothing service very satisfactory and enjoyable. Receptionist sister was polite and nice. The staff are gentle and customer friendly...especially Ms. USHA ...I was impressed by her duty and smiling face...

I came to do facial and chose "Bridal Glow Facial" for my marriage. I really felt the difference once it was one and I was able to see my face glow. Thank you Imran Khan for such a taking good care of face. 10/10

not at all happy with the service. i have asked for layer cut and hair spa. i feel like my hair was just chopped no proper shape was given to the hair. The hair spa was only for around 15 minutes with zero fragrance products which cost 1100rs and 800rs for layer cut. They forcefully ask the customer for a membership card even if the customer is not willing. These people don't deserve 1 star also. Didnt expect such kind of service from a brand like naturals. i received a call from the salon they simply say that sorry mam when you come next time we will give you proper service.That doesnt make any sense. I took service for me and my husband. we paid 3180rs that is completly waste of money.Thank god i didnt go for facial otherwise these people would have spoiled my face as well. I wish i could close such kind of salon who dont care about the customer skin and hair and focused on filling there pockets. Make me talk to the responsible person who can give me a proper response. u dont have any rights to spoil some one hair like this? I will never ever recommend anyone to visit this salon otherwise they will simply spoil and say sorry mam.

This is my very first experience with Naturals. The staffs are polite and professional. I did my range of services as Threading, waxing both hand and leg, clean up, mani +pedi, hair cut, hair color. Swastika did a great job.i loved myself after the hair cut. Overall, I am very much satisfied. Thank you Team Naturals, with love and regards, Nishikk
