Naturals Salon - Beauty Parlour in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

I did hair colouring on 17th may, Global with highlights which cost me around 4100 and the stylist and the front desk person said that the colour will be there for 30 washes and asked me to use the colour care shampoo. I was using all the things which the stylist asuggested ,but the colour faded in two washes itself, while washing/ wetting the hair itself the colour is came out now and in my fore head all colour faded away literally i can see my grey hair itself. is this ur quality of service and product its totally disgusting and pathetic service you have given me.I am really unsatisfied with ur service

I had a layered haircut here and I just loved it. Meena was really good in doing that and she patiently answered all my questions. I have been a regular visitor to this parlour and so far I haven't faced any issues. Looking forward to enjoy your services.

Very unsatisfactory service. Got a facial and mani/pedi and started off well but during manicure, scraped the skin off near my finger nails. Was in a hurry to finish and didn't even offer nail polish. I wanted a basic facial but kept saying they were not available so forced to choose the expensive one. Had also asked for eyebrow threading which was done at a subpar level. Lastly, staff at counter would not provide a bill. He said it would be sent as a text but never received it.

Service was very poor and they are Male receptionist and tamil service girl as been handled 24th June 2023 Morning they even don't know how to respect the customer and the treat them as well my wife went to cut a hair for my 2 year kid that girl doesn't know the job she make horrible. Finally she is saying if the hair grows it will be fine even that male receptionist support her as well . It's waste of money . Even there are north east girls they are very good in terms of handling and full fill and requirements. We choose that place because of girls to handle my small daughter but it's not works. I request the owner kindly please look in to this otherwise you will loose good customers.

Staff refused to give us Bill. He said the printer was not working. We asked for soft copy but the staff refused to give that as well. He said there is no provision to share the bill as soft copy. I have been enjoying Naturals' service in various other places for the past 5 years. In many of their outlets there will be a Board stating "Consider your service free if we don't give you Bill for the service" The behaviour of the staff on that day was very suspicious. Hope they don't do this to other customers

Several times I went to this salon. Everytime different people have done service. None of them did sincerely. Always do some mistakes. Yesterday went for spa and haircut. She just applied cream and water hairwash. Otherwise nothing done. Haircut told one type, she did v short haircut.. worst service.

I went for hair spa before six months. The lady staff left me for 45 minutes with her child after applying gel to my scalp. I got severe headache and asked other staff to do spa immediately as pain increased. That female pressed my head violently and said i should not come on weekdays .I got hurted and Doctor says it is injured badly and iam suffering with headache for past six months

Mohammed Zwshain was my care taker.. he did his job perfectly and cleany and basically I came for pedicure and deep cleansing..
