Really disappointing experience. Especially after we read the ratings and reviews, and believed to have some better service compared to other salons in Tiruvallur. But Naturals service, products, staff, everything was very abysmal. I don't intend to blame the staff, who tried their best to give us a good service. However the management has entirely ignored them, not trained them properly, and I visibly saw the discrimination of natives who were not South Indian. For all the services I took, I was guiding and training the staff on what products to use, and what to do next. The main managing team was sitting and passing their time, were on their devices watching, making fun of us behind our backs (I could hear clearly what they were saying about me). I went in with hopes of getting myself treated to at least a decent service, I can't out feeling very bad.
2nd Expirenece My son hair cut had last Sunday but when the hair cutting is happen I corrected so many mistakes, then finally came out so many places are some patchs are there in head. One of the very new guy done this job...how can we can repeat your doors next time. 1st Time Expirenece Your guys need to focus on customer service... otherwise neat and clean up to the mark. It's not a big issue slightly focus on that.
I did layer cut here and Ms. Monisha did the haircut, she was very patient and gave many new ideas and have done very good service. My kid haircut also has done here by a men stylist. Overall very good service.
Had an amazing service by Naturals from Mrs.Bharathi.. took almost care while handling my hair as I recently underwent 3rd stud piercing.. Happy by the service provided.. Thank you
