Not clean. Dark and not well ventilated. A/c is switched on when customer comes into the salon. Service is not neat. While the beautician puts good effort, they don't do the service enatly. Water spilled over, reuse of tissues etc. Place is old and has clear wear and tear visible in the interiors. Washrooms are also old and dirty

Taking 354 for just normal trimming. Go and try another branch. They will give u best

At the time COVID-19, I had visited this place. They charged me rs.277 even though I am a natural card holder generally it would be r around rs.180. I felt they should maintain difference at all times. But with extra amount they provided sanitizer before entering. And also a kit in which mask, footwear cover, polythene hand gloves. The barbers are fully equipped with the protection gear. And also sterilized equipment I had noticed.

The lady in the reception had only one aim and that was only to recommend expensive services despite telling what you need. The hair stylist from Darjeeling was egoistic and didn't do a great job in cutting the hair. Very unhappy with the people and the place. Should have chosen Toni and guy over this

One of the lady workers attitude was very careless . Waxing was not good. My skin is very sensitive..I told her repeatedly to check the heat of the waxing spatula and then apply..but she didn't care my words and repeatedly was applying heated spatula on my skin. It was like a punishment for me to go there, pay money and hurt my skin with hot wax. Also she was attending clients without wearing masks though she was suffering from cold. Please be responsible. Clients as well as workers both should wear masks to prevent infections.

Hair cutting, shaping, colouring, Straitning, spa All facilities available there it's on the 1st floor so u can go by stairs they don't have a wheelchair accessible path so physically abled person will get some difficult to visit that place it's soo expensive for hair cut & beard shaping it's around 400Rs on normal salon just 200Rs or within that only but this one is more for normal people gud but expensive

I went for my baby's hair cut...only one staff is there and he didn't take precautions while cutting baby hair and not provided sheet to cover the baby clothes.
