I recently visited Naturals Salon with high expectations based on their advertised services. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what was promised. The salon booklet boasted enticing combo offers that no longer seem to be available. This lack of transparency was disheartening, and it left me feeling misled. It's crucial for businesses to uphold the commitments made in their marketing materials. The services I received were not up to the standard I had come to expect from Naturals Salon. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall atmosphere was less than welcoming. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to rectify the situation. Clear communication and delivering on promised services are vital for customer satisfaction. I'm hopeful that my feedback will be taken constructively and contribute to the improvement of services at Naturals Salon.

The salon is lovely and the service is amazing. I am very fussy about my nails and this was my first visit but Ivelina was amazing and I am so pleased with my nails. Not only did she do my nails fantastically she also gave me some great advice. I have booked again to have my feet done to match my hands. I cannot wait. I am happy I visited the salon!

Management should put more male staff. They have only one male staff working that is Alam. They are sending the customers back saying staff is busy. I came back 3times and it happened with my friends too. Such a reputed and big salon with just one male staff is not good.

I had a haircut recently at Naturals Adoni it was the very worst saloon experience ever I asked the barber to cut my hair as I told him but he cut up my hair in his style and no proper cutting was done by him it seems like this saloon has very unskilled labour why in a small town to open such a big corporate salon with no proper skills and no experience And also I wanted to ask the propertier that why are you adding GST when you can't provide a GST bill to the customers your staff asked me to pay for haircut + GST without any GST bill this very careless service to the customers and if you are charging so high rates then provide the services as equal because if any customer enters in the afternoon there is no proper lighting and ambience to the customers At least a local barber shop has some entertainment with Home Theatre and TV
