Please read this review if you're planning for a Keratin treatment from this salon (Naturals Neelangarai). To begin with, I do not understand how a Naturals franchise could be this bad. Including the services and staffs who work there. There is one senior stylist woman and other trainee stylists who are very slow and bad at their work with a lot of attitude. My Keratin treatment lasted no more than a week. They kept changing the treatment cost before, during and after the process was done. And cut my long hair to mid length to fit the price they quoted me for the treatment. They even wanted to charge me for the first wash which I enquired is free in all the salons around and even other Naturals salons!! When I refused to pay for the first wash, the stylists who blow-dried my hair were very hard with my hair. Now I'm having a lot of hairfall and my hair is rough and frizzier than it used to be. There was no use complaining to their Head Office even! Quite a slow customer service team. Hope the salon establishes whether its purpose is to make money by giving poor service to its customers or give proper service expected from a Naturals salon!

Helo Naturals NEELANKARAI' Its a great experience with you..I have seen the reviews and choose to come NATURALS NEELANKARAI' and I wanted to do have keratin and Some colour and have shown reference pics to the team . In mind I was thinking and bit nervous as it was first time having colour and also even keratin also first time so .Team gave Confidence to me.I feel bit expensive but they gave good discount .I really got a best treatment and a good hair styling has done. Team really did a good job.especially Kavita and Tara rai ).Thanks naturals neelankarai.

Usually the service will be good at big parlours but after doing one wash of hair spa my hair became too dry contradictory of hair becoming smooth.

Decent ambient salon with adequate staffs. Reasonable price for the quality of work ( hairstyling, hair colouring etc) done here.

Had layer cut here ..it's absolutely good .. even though the layers are less .. they are very perfectly aligned and looks gorgeous.

This place needs immediate renovation. Ac vents broken, rusted chairs, foul smell inside salon. And male haircut staff is sloth speed. This is not kind of naturals salon usually we have in mind.

Worst experience.. stylist name called Seresa did worst service for me, while doing eyebrows trimming she took of my entire eyebrows and said I am have very less eyebrow growth and left the shop immediately and not even they ask apologies, they made a mistake and they told that they are not responsible for that. Please do go for any services there. Because making mistakes is okay, but this kinda of things and all not acceptable. They ruined my function day

Best place for all kind of hair & beauty services. Recently my wife took smoothening service & hair cut here... They did an amazing job..!! Especially special mention Tara who take care of the entire process very smoothly. Thanks again :-)
