Compared to last time service was very bad..
Only positive was your manager. He is simply cool.
When customer arrives and manager assigned staff to provide service, they were simply rejecting and sitting idle saying there is an appointment in next 10 to 15 mins. I don't know what is the logic behind it.
Coming to service, male staff behaving like roadside barbers. We took head massage service and while doing service they are chit chating with themselves and laughing like anything. Don't know whether they are providing entertainment service or what.
Please focus on your staff because now a days even local shops providing excellent service with minimal cost.

Today I visited naturals I'm the fast visited customer I did haircut ,beard and detain. Haircut and beard no shape not looking good my friends was so upset on my hair cut and beard style no professionals. I think there's but for me no its not about all staff's again I have to go other shop to clean everything,Disaster service and no respect on customer service.
I didn't expect this service in naturals salon.
