The ambience is looking ugly..Personal Spacing rooms are dirty and unclean. Maintenance is not proper. I asked management to change clothes then also The overall cloths are untidy. Coming to payment..I have mentioned that I already have membership as separate discount is there for members. Manager said can't check in system as site is down and took money for without discounting. Then what is the use of membership. Personally I won't recommend Naturals. Overall experience is worst.
Worst experience... Vazeer behavior was not at all customer friendly, handled my hair roughly during my hair cut.... Not even checking the blow dry temperature before applying it almost burnt my skull Very disappointed , it wasn't a pleasent experience ... Waste of money and time...
Worst experience staff are not professional they don't know to do proper eyebrows atleast and more annoying thing is they will keep you waiting for 30-40minutes minimum which is not worth the waiting I don't recommend here
I have a wrost experience AC was not working, I faced so much pain during waxing.Due to which I got severe rashes on my hand.Maintance Is not good,and service is not good .I don't want to visit next time .I recommend a big NOOOOO.
Could be the best in a city if brands of my choice are present like L'Oreal Paris Men Expert, Gatsby, Lumin, Hims to name a few.

Naturals salon&spa the best salon I could found at Machlipatnam. Recently I took my mom for hair the service and Ms.HYMA was the one I must say she gave a beautiful hairdo which completely transformed the look to next level special thanx to her and I'm happy with her suggestions and expertise in doing a specialized hair do which suits the face. I would recommend this salon if you are finding one at Machlipatnam, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed
