Very worst service. Had to wait for more than one hour for haircut. No hygiene. Showing attitude towards the customers. Worst place ever visited. Local saloon kadai is much better. Naturals brand is spoiled because of this branch.

Worst ever experience with this branch. There is no customer centric approach and they do not even maintain hygiene. The reputation of Naturals would definitely get spoiled because of these kinds of franchise. They never give proper response or even patient enough to provide any of the proper services. I would never suggest this branch to anyone.

Worstest hair stylist. I went fir hair cut showed a pic. She was sleeping it seems. She did completely different.. that too She cut the front part of hair..telling senior stylist..like hell..which will take 5-6 months to back to that length. She was so arrogant and refused to accept even. I wish I have time to register complaint against them.. They wasted my time already .. Now it's difficult to tie the hair for other 5 months. I can't even go out with this bloody hair cut . It was so so ugly. They not only wasting the time in parlour... I hv to plan a lot to get hair cut..they wasted hell lot of time .. ToTAL WASTE

The hair stylist is not at all patient enough. First of all their service price card is misleading they have a price in their brocher but they charge a totally different amount saying it is change of hairstyle by senior stylist.But that so called senior stylist person does not want to spend much time for styling a long hair ,they simply say for this hairstyle we need to cut your hair very short . Even though we are reluctant they cut it very short. There are many people who had style done in long hair ,just that the stylist is not patient to style the hair they cut it very short.If they have no patience for styling a long hair they can suggest some other style since they know many hair style in and out instead of doing a very unfair job The first job of a hairstylist is to explain the hairstyle and get the requirment from client before cutting also they must inform that this hair style may look like this and get the consent from the client. Very very disappointed by the service . I lost my very good hair with a pathetic haircut and paid a huge amount for the same. Never gonna trust this saloon again. Would have give 0 starts if possible

It's not worth coming naturals Im totally disappointed doing eyebrows, literally they took my half part of my eyebrow and while doing they keep on talking asking us to review good it's totally waste of money and time...never believe Google reviews and reach there btr avoid going there!!

Person who are in men's saloon are very good and very quick only thing is atmosphere of naturals saloon is bad compared to other naturals saloon

very bad haircut doing my hair is doing very short my hair he is working only one is tough he is asking i am senior staff but i think he's not senior staff his junior staff is doing my hair very bad manager also is not response properly working here only one staff only junior other staff is not working very big pala word working only one stop very bad he is doing mistake ok but another staff is doing correct but another staff is not there the disco problem next not proper response where is AC not proper level also my hair one side short one side long like that my hair very bad
